Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
I mainly do customized theme photoshooting session and I prefer if client can schedule time to do meeting and discussion with me upfront
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
I am ready to travel world-wide if the client's budget justify the costing
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
Most of the time I prefer to make friend with clients 1st and try to create a connection which I can reveal the specifiic beauty inside them
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes but only those of final products and those selected one. The filtered unused will not be delivered
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Basically if clients like my artwork and appreciate my craftsmanship, usually I will deliver more than what I promise, including my time .
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I usually become their friends, and chitchat. From that I will tell jokes, and use some psychology techniques to prompt them into doing certain poses naturally.
What rate do you usually charge at?
I charge per event, and of course some extra surcharge if I need to travel and stay overnight out of town
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Usually in non-peak-season, the proof will be ready by 1 week after the photo shooting session. If not, 2 weeks is the max.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Cash
What is your payment terms?
50% upon booking, 50% after the photo shooting session
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
30 working days in Malaysia Calendar
How far in advance should your client contact you?
6-12 months prior to the wedding day
