What kind of jewelry do you offer?
Wedding bands/ rings, Engagement rings, Bracelets, Earrings, Necklaces
Do you provide certification (i.e GIA)?
Carat 55’s diamonds are certified by the Gemmological Institute of America (GIA); they are also carefully examined by an in-house GIA-qualified gemmologist for the best offer.
Do you provide after sales services?
In the event of any questions or concerns regarding your jewellery, please contact our team at hello@carat55.com or +65 6235 1155. Depending on the circumstances of the jewellery issue, repair and maintenance services can be chargeable.
What makes your product and services unique?
The extensive range of bespoke designs from proposal rings to wedding bands and wearable pieces for both men and women. Our jewellery is retailed at fixed prices and priced affordably. We also offer an in-house design service.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cheques, Cash, Credit card payment
Do you provide catalog or custom jewelry?
If you have any designs in mind, we are able to custom make the piece for you.
For rings, do you have size adjustment services?
You may drop by to our boutique during our opening hours, and our service staff will be able to check your size for the readjustment.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
We highly recommend customers to confirm their order with us at least 3 months prior to their wedding, to ensure that everything will be perfect for their big day!
