Cake Bijou use the highest quality fresh ingredients available. Their cakes are made using cultured butter, organic free range eggs, couverture chocolate and made to order fresh curds and preserves.

On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Our cakes are baked as close to the event date as possible - usually 2 days prior leaving enough time for decoration.
What cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter do you rent out?
We have a range of cake stands for hire

How far in advance should your client make an order?
We reccomend placing your order at least 6 months prior to the event date to avoid disappointment; our availability fills up quickly. Please contact us to enquire.

What is your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. The remainder of the invoice is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the order. Deposits are non-refunable.
