How far in advance should your client contact you?
3 months in advance, but if they need to, the latest notice they can give is one month before the D-day.

What is your payment terms?
Php 3,000.00 non-reimbursable reservation fee, 50% down payment upon confirmation, 50% 1 week before the event, or on the event itself.
