How far in advance should your client make a booking?
We recommend reaching out to us one to two months in advance to secure your booking. However, if the date is still available, we are happy to accommodate last-minute requests with as little as three working days’ notice.
What is your payment terms?
A deposit of IDR 10,000,000 is required to confirm your booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the total bill is due one week before the event, with the full remaining balance to be paid the day prior to the event.
Please note that the initial deposit of IDR 10,000,000 is non-refundable. Date changes are only allowed if the desired date is available.
When was your business established?
Bottega Ristorante opened its doors in December 2014 in Mega Kuningan. In 2016, we relocated to SCBD, and we have now been proudly serving our guests for over 10 years.
