Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
We provide private tastings for clients. These are scheduled by appointment only. Each couple can sample our cake offerings and to talk about their ideal design in their private cake consultation.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
We work with you to create a cake that will fit your personality and design sense. , If you are in love with a particular cake design we can recreate it with some small changes to make it unique for you and your event. , We invite you to bring any miscellania, mood boards and inspirational items that can aid in designing your custom cake.

What is your payment terms?
50% to confirm your cake date and remaining 50% one week before your delivery date
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Sugar toppers and sugar flowers can be done a month before the event. The cakes and fillings are prepared 5 days before. The cakes are filled, frosted and decorated a day before the delivery date.

6-9 months
Do you provide customary cakes?
We will work with you in creating your perfect cake. We can work with your theme, color palette, mood boards or inspirational items to design a cake that is uniquely your own. Aside from your own private cake tasting, we also provide a final sketch of you

What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We use only home made frostings and fillings for our cakes. We bake everything from scratch with real butter and fresh eggs.
