How about the transportation and accomodation if the destination in the outside of our based?
We are based in Karawang, Jakarta and Karawang. The others our based, we will charge for transportation and accomodation. We also serve available worldwide for the destination. If you have some question, don't hesitate to let us know.
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Yes We need a customer scheduled an appointment because we need to arrange the schedule.

We started in 2020, but before started this business we usual to handle the projects as the travel video, company video projects, couple session, engagement and wedding.

Yes We will provide raw files to customer, because of that we give chance to customer make the footage based on they are creativity.

We are a couple. We make this projects after we married. We usual make a video with heart. So, trust to us for your cinematic wedding video.

How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
Not at all moments we direct, because some moments looks perfect if natural moments from the couple. But we need know the couple story because we want any story on their videos.
What is your payment terms?
50% for booked confirmation, then the settlement 7 days before the event day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
No We have commitment for give the best into our customer.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Total our team to handle a wedding is only 2-4 person. We give premium for the privately shoot the video.

Our client usual provide our team meal.
