BOUQUET ARRANGEMENTS:
When you share flower references with us, it really helps us get a sense of your vision. However, we have a ground rule: We won’t duplicate another florist’s work, for a few reasons. In short:
A florist CAN:
Look at your inspiration photos to better understand the look and colors you’re going for.
A florist CAN’T:
Recreate every detail of an inspiration photo, down to the last stem.
MAKING CHANGES:
You will be given an invoice with the total price of the flowers. There can be no changes made to the flower arrangement within 1 weeks of the event date, unless agreed with the Benoite Florist.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Upon submit this form, Benoite reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, a deposit of 10% of the balance stated is non-refundable, even if the event date is changed or if the event is cancelled for ANY reason.
You understands and agrees that the remaining balance is due no less than 3 days PRIOR to the event. If the required event date is within 1 weeks of the ordering, payment is required in full at the time of order
CANCELLATION:
PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER THE CANCELLATION TERMS BEFORE COMMITTING.
If the order is cancelled within 1 weeks of the event date, a cancellation fee of 35% will be charged by Benoite Florist (in addition to the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations outside of this time do not require any additional payments.
Benoite Florist reserves the right not to apply a cancellation fee in certain circumstance.
Benoite Florist will NOT be held liable for any circumstances out of our control which result in postponement or cancellation.
