How far in advance should your client make a booking?
It depends on the services needed. Full coordination can be booked as early as 2years, day off the wedding services can be booked as early as 6months prior.
We even had an event we planned 2 months only and it is a full wedding and coordination!
How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
12 hours from the arrival of the team. If additional hours are needed, we might charge extra but still depends on the situation.

We treat our clients as family. The service is goes beyond what is asked. We do everything with passion. Our team is consists of all senior events coordinator and have been in the industry for quite a while now.
What payment systems are available for your business?
PayPal, Cheques, Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
usually we do 20% Down payment, 20 % 2 months before the event, 60% on the day of the event.
However, sometimes clients request for a different terms and we are okay with that.
