What do your packages include?
All of our packages are including photo session in minimum 2 locations, photographer & lighting assistant, edited photos in high resolution, make up & hairdo and touch up full session, as well as transportation to all location
Packages are excluding admission/entrance fee to the venue of photo session (if any), gown and man suite rental or additional dresses rental
Do you work overseas?
Yes, we are available for overseas photo session
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we have a replacement photographer
Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
We charge based on Package selection. For Engagement Photo Packages, we do not limit the duration for photo shooting, can be half day or full day. While for Wedding Photo Packages, we provide half day (4-5 hours) or full day (8-9 hours) photo journalism.
Are you available to shoot after hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, we are available for after hours shooting, kindly contact us for special price
How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
The original photos will be ready for viewing within 1 - 3 days after photo shooting
When will the client get the final album?
The photo album will be ready within 19 - 30 days after photo shooting
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, we provide all digital files and will give all original photos to our clients
What is included in your photoshoot package?
Digital files, Hi-Res image, Proof CD of all images
