Bali Top Wedding

I was initially going to skip wedding organiser as the ones I came in contact with were slow to respond, but Im so glad we found Bali Top Wedding. I would highly recommend their service and have nothing but praises for BTW team. \n\nTheyre very responsive, professional, friendly and theyve gladly catered for every single requests we had, no matter big or small. They even helped us with planning transportations for our little family holiday. I need to also mention that vendors typically would give a small discount (5-10%) if you booked through wedding organisers, so more incentive to do so!\n\nKak Tri responded very quickly with quotations for several wedding venues. Sometimes at late hours in Bali. I think we went through at least 5 different venue quotes, and a couple of date changes. \n\nBTW never worked with the venue we chose and the venue mandated a registration process. It was rather hectic and quite stressful as weve made down payment to the alternative venue by then, but kak Tri relentlessly ensure that we had our registration in time. I recalled kak Tri was able to negotiate a longer cooloff period with the venue, so we didnt lose our deposit when we decided to change venue. \n\nWere outside Bali, so Tri was performing the venue visits on our behalf and took several video for us. It was an outdoor venue and I was worried about weather conditions. We went through several discussions regarding our Plan B, kak Tri gathered quotes regarding tent costs, sourcing umbrellas, etc. About a week before the wedding, the weather took turn for the worse and we were very worried. But Tri ensured that we can rent the tents up to 2 days before the wedding day (we didnt end up renting them). \n\nThe makeup artist we chose was struggling to find hairdresser for our wedding date, and Tri was able to find one that suit their budget. There was also another last minute scare where the MUAs team told us 2 days before the wedding that they booked the hairdresser for the wrong date. All in spite of BTW having reconfirmed 2 months before the wedding date. kak Tri was highly available to assist during the stressful time, which I highly appreciated. \n\nThere were times during our little family trip when we made adjustments with little notice, and the team handled them gracefully and timely. \n\nWe finally met kak Tri and the team during our food tasting, theyre lovely and funny. We had a good fun. \n\nCome the wedding day, we had kak Priska and Ika filling in for kak Tri. BTW team kept track of time and gave us timely reminders for makeup, etc. The day went by without a hitch. The groom and I were able to thoroughly enjoyed the day knowing everything is sorted. Im very thankful that we enlisted BTW to organise our wedding, their help was tremendous to say the least. \n\nThank you again kak Tri, Priska, Ika, Dewi, Evita and the rest of BTW team!!!
