Do not recommend for any brides to be. I got in touch with Bali Event Styling in April, the first few emails back and forth was rather slow but was acceptable as i am aware it's high season for weddings in Bali and so i would only email them during the weekdays. since i wanted to confirm with them asap i requested for a Skype call which they were late for 20 mins. Anyway the call went on ok, we discussed on our preferences and ideas and they gave us advise. over the phone i asked them to pencil mark my date and they said yes to my request (i confirmed they are available on my wedding day). after the call they were supposed to send more info to me. i waited patiently for one week. then i started emailing and whatsapp them to follow up since i heard of nothing after the call. They replied with a timeline but never fulfilled it. i tried to follow up but again, i did not received any respond from them, not even an acknowledgement. they just disappeared. finally 2 weeks after the call, i messaged them again with a stronger tone, and they finally replied saying they are no longer available and could refer to me to other planner but since they are at back to back, could only follow up with me next month. i was furious and disappointed at the unprofessional manner of this company. they could have told me right away if they are not available/not interested instead of having me to wasted over 1.5 months of my time.
