When was your business established?

It all started out as a hobby. My sister Izi and I, Iza launched Baked KL, an online bakery in 2011 sharing our love for cookies, whoopie pies and brownies. In mid 2012, a donation of cookies for a charity organisation sparked an idea for The Baked Foundation: Baking for a cause. Our mission is to help out everyone as much as we can. 10% from total sales will be contributed to an allocated charity organisation of the month. We are both commited in helping small or big charities raising funds. We hope that our customers will not only enjoy our treat whilst donating, but also become aware with issues happening in our community. BakedKL is best known for our rustic charm of baked goods. Started with our mom's triple choc cookies, we are adamant on delivering homemade baked goods that has the same charm as having it at home, sharing with your family and friends. From simple cakes to unique allergy-free cakes, we do our best in making your celebration sweeter.

Rustic cakes, whoopie pies, brownies, cupcakes, desserts in a jar just to name a few. Do talk to us, and we will suggest accordingly.

Minimum and maximum number of order

There is no minimum or maximum number of order in general. Best to email or message us to check on availability and accommodation of volume.

Can your menu be adapted to or modified?

Do check with us on what type of adaptation you are looking at and we will revert back to you if we are able to accommodate to your request

Do you provide tastings?

However, because we bake for a cause, desserts can be purchased and rebate 50% later once bulk order is confirmed/purchased.

Are you able to provide your own wait staff?

For dessert cart, a staff will be placed at the cart for replenishment purposes

Do you provide delivery services?

Purchases above RM500 is applicable for free delivery within Klang Valley.

Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?

What makes your services unique?

We are known for rustic charm and we can cater for gluten intolerant and vegan customers. We have a dessert cart for a unique display and best of all, 10% from your purchases goes to our beneficiaries! Do note: All Gluten Free and Vegan baked goods are baked at our home kitchen space which contains nuts, dairy, flour and other products that may contain gluten. We are not Gluten Free Certified, however we do our best in preventing cross contamination.

How far in advance should your client contact you?

A few months in advance would be great, to allow time for discussion and experimentation!

What is your payment terms?

For orders above RM500, 50% deposit to confirm, 50% balance payment upon delivery.
