What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
If the minimum order quantity is not reached, the charge will be equivalent to the cost for the minimum quantity

Delivery time will depend on the location of the delivery address.
Our production lead time typically takes 14-30 working days.
Delivery within Java & Bali should take a maximum of 5 days after production completion.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
To ensure timely delivery and avoid any delays, it's ideal for clients to place their order 2-3 months in advance. This allows sufficient time for production and delivery, ensuring all details are perfect for your event.
What is your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to place the order.
The remaining 50% must be paid before the delivery of the goods.

Do you have a return policy?
Any return request must be reported within 2 days of receiving the goods.
An unboxing video must be provided as proof.
Returns are not accepted if the delivery was made by a courier other than ours.
Returns are eligible only in the case of breakage in the packaging.
How long does it take to produce and prepare the hampers for delivery after the order is confirmed?
After confirmation, it takes 14-30 working days for the hampers to be ready for delivery
