Do you do a same day edit?
- 5 hours of lead time is recommended in order to produce the video in time.

- Gimbal, Drone, Handheld setups, Audio equipment etc.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
Unless there is a need to, I usually do not make the couple repeat their actions, as to ensure that moments captured on the wedding day are the most natural and candid, with the exception of Bridal Party, and Couple shoots.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge hourly, or per event, depending on the packages.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
1-2 months after the Wedding/shoot
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be 6-12 months prior to the wedding.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Typically 2 videographers, and we can adjust the number of videographers needed accordingly.
What makes your services unique?
As we are film-makers, our primary focus is to tell the best story of your wedding day through our specialised skill in cinematography, audio, and editing. What you are paying for is the ideal combination of cinematic footages, and a wedding story told in the best possible way as we can.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We can usually take care of our own meal. Unless the schedule or location doesn't allow it, then we would require the client to provide meals.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
Typically 40% Reservation Deposit, and balance due on the wedding day.
