Tidak komunikatif, slow response dan susah dihubungi, tidak professional dalam handle customer, penyelesaian hasil tanpa jadwal yang jelas dan sangat lama, dan yang paling mengecewakan adalah hasil yang sangat jauh dari ekspektasi.
Apapun jenis paket yang vendor tawarkan, tidak ada alasan untuk membeda-bedakan prioritas dan perlakuan kepada customer.
Kami memberikan penilaian sesuai dengan yang kami dapat dan saya berani bertanggungjawab atas tulisan ini.

We love it!
So happy with our pre-wedding shoot we had with Alanza. The pre-wedding shoot helped us confirm the style of shots we wanted. The package price is very reasonable and clear and there were no hidden costs which was great. we've received so many compliments from our family & friends and would definitely recommend this!
