What rate do you usually charge at?
There is no fixed rate to our wedding packages as we are able to provide a variety of services (i.e. Photobooth, Wedding Album Printing, Wedding Photoshoot etc). Hence, we would encourage a meet up with the client to understand their requirements and henceforth, a customized package will be tailored for them.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
It will usually take approximately 4-6 weeks for the client to receive the final product.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
It is not a requisite for the client to provide the meal. As long as we are informed before the D-Day, the photographers will be able to settle their own meals.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
First and foremost, a pre-shoot meet up will be arranged prior to the shoot. Our team sincerely believes that we need to get to know the couples personally first before embarking onto the shoot itself. This will allow us to break the ice with the couples and allow them to be more comfortable with us.
During the shoot itself, our team believes in a two-sided participation. Not only will our team provide the ideas and posings, we strongly encourage the couples to be part of the photoshoot experience itself so that they will leave the shoot with not just amazing photos, but also an amazing and unforgettable experience.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Proof will be ready for review within 14 days.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The ideal time for clients to contact is at least 2-3 months in advance.

Do you provide softcopy of the pictures?
The softcopy of the pictures taken at the photobooth will be provided to the client at the end of the day
Do you provide custom frame design?
All our photobooths will come along with a custom template design which will be shown on the prints
Do you provide props for picture taking?
We do offer a wide variety of props. If the event requires, we do offer customized props as well.
How far in advance should your client make a booking?
The minimum lead time would be at least 1-2 months before the event.
Our team would strongly encourage a meet up with the client to understand their requirements and manage their expectations before we move on to the engagement of the services. :)
What makes your product and services unique?
Our photobooths ensure high quality and fast prints. In addition, we provide a variety of props to allow customers to have fun with it. Last but not least, our photobooth personnels are well trained and friendly! Thus, we will ensure an excellent experience for the photobooth!
