I usually discuss with them, gather some idea from their perception, then I will direct them to the scene that what i am thinking about that refers to my client desire.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We can take care of our self or if not, we will ask long time before the day comes
