The most ideal time for client to contact us is 6-12 month for full coordination, 3-6 months for partial coordination and 2-3 months for On the Day Coordiantion.
How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
12 hours with no charge on overtime

We work with our clients very closely to make sure that what they want and how they envision their event will happen. We go out of the box in looking for ways on how to work with their budget and time. We treat our client's event as if it is our own.
We offer unlimited personal meetings and we accept rush event preparation.

50% upon contract signing and 50% 10 days before the event
