Depending on the requirements of the couple, they get their proof for review in 3-7days
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
they usually get their final product delivered in 2-4weeks depending on their requirement
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time is 4-5months prior to the wedding but closer dates can still be considered if we still have their date available for booking

What is your payment terms?
20% to retain the date, 60% on or a week prior to the wedding date and 20% balance after the final package delivery
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our clients provides us with meal, but the team can take care of themselves as long as this has been stated before
