What do your packages include?
Basic Packages include Professional Photographer, USB with all Photos, and small prints. Everyone has different needs, so we'll tailored our packages according to you needs.
Do you work overseas?
We are based in Sydney and Jakarta, We will be delighted to travel around the world to cover Weddings, Pre-weddings and Portrait shoot.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
Most of our service are full day however as we said we're tailored according to you needs.
Are you available to shoot after hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
a sneak peek will be ready in 1-3 days and most of the files will be ready for viewing around 1-2 weeks.
When will the client get the final album?
For Designer album It would take 1-2 months.

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We love to get the couple to relax and be comfortable before and while we are shooting, so that we could capture the real personality.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per package and our full day package starting from $2500AUD
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending on the client's requirement, we normally give out the proof for review within 3-5 days after the wedding day
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
for prewedding sessions, we normally hand the final product to our clients with in 2-3 weeks after the shoot, and for wedding coverage, we normally hand the final product with in 2-3 months after the wedding day.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time to book us for wedding coverage is normally withing 6-12 months time before the wedding day
