What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
Unfortunately, we do not serve any souvenir order under 100 pcs. But if you like to order some gifts under 100 pcs, we provide our Premium Soy Candles. Please check the sample in our gallery.
Do you have a return policy?
There are no product returns, but we will repair if the product has some devect
What are your delivery times?
The products will be sent on weekdays, with shipping estimation 4-7 days

We use the selected materials which are eco-friendly, the wood is originally from Sumedang, Indonesia so we could empower the farmers and craftsmen in Sumedang, Indonesia, the customized design makes it easy for you to choose the design that suits you better.

What is your payment terms?
There are 2 payment terms:
1. Down payment 50% of total costs
2. 50% of total costs after the product's completion and ready to be shipped.
