Thank You for making me and Rama Wedding Day such an awesome experience. Everything looked beautiful, and all the guests commented on how stunning everything looked. I SWEARRRRRR!!! It was absolutely amazing, and was the best day of our lives…everything was just perfect. Awalnya degdegan karna acara pertama di HIS K-Link but so farr puasssss. WO nya all justt fine gercep sesuai dengan TM dan ga ada maasalah selama berjalan acara. ALL VENDOR SOOO AWESOME bener bener ga salah 'cause i know exactly how they worked. Jujur takut banget acara di rooftop K-Link..takut panas takut makeup luntur karna waktu itu aku adat jawa yang bener2 sesuai dengan tata cara adat jawa yang panjang, saaat di makeupin sm Kusumo Inten mereka tegas bilang aku harus berdoa agar semua lancar, jgn panik jgn stress jgn tkt (aku disuruh dzikir ga berhenti) and they was right. saat acara seluruh tamu aku bilang adem banget suasana enak dan khitmat. banyak angin ga panasssssss Demi Allah sebahagia itu....wo semua sesuai dengan TM dan Mc too ga ada kendala selama acara padahal adat jawa kuno kayak gini lamaaaaaa nyaaa dan ribetnya ga paham lagi tp ditataa dengan baik. Aku sebagai pengantin ga kepanasan selama di akad nikah dan resepsi berjalan sesuai yang aku mauuuu....dan aku inginkan. WO knows how to communication Sopan pada rapih walau pake beskap mereka tetep gercep (gerak cepet). ga ngerti lagi harus bilang apa.. SEKALI SEUMUR HIDUP DAN BAHAGIA THANKYOU SO MUCH, You have fulfilled every idea we gave you and made it even more beautiful than what we expected it to be. We appreciate everything you and your team did. The venue looked like a REAL Javanese wedding, it was everything I could ever have wanted and more! It was breath taking! You guys did and amazing job, thank you for being so professional and so sweet and friendly. Big thanks to Wedding Organizer HIS crew, Marketing HIS too, Catering Alfabeth, Decoration Banyumili, Photographer Mirza photography, All attire and makeup from Kusumo Inten, My MC Pakde Dharman also the entertainment (Gending Jawa) ALL THE BRIDE AND GROOM Jangan ragu-ragu they will make your wedding looks perfect. I wrote down the review just that HIS K-Link as the WO can reflected back of what was happened. We chose to do traditional wedding on K-Link Ballroom and turns out to be the worst wedding I’ve ever had. First, they didn’t provide red carpet on the wedding day also the AC still off at 4 PM when the bride has to do makeup! As a once in lifetime bride, this is an essential thing cause for traditional wedding there’ll be “kirab” / walking down the aisle with family behind the bride&groom. WO should be provide the red carpet at 4 AM. However on that time, NO WO ready on the ballroom, I need to call the WO soo many times before they answered. Only me, MUA and decoration team ready at that time with NO AC ON!! WO didn’t show up on time and no coordination with technician to turn on the AC before 4 AM (eventhough we have communicate it on technical meeting). Second, there were NO picture of bride and groom in front of the ballroom and on wedding gallery near the entrance. The bride has came to the ballroom at 4 AM bring all the photos (with all sizes needed) but NO coordination from WO to put all the photos needed near the ballroom entrance. Third, NO ONE on WO coordinates well with both bride and groom family for getting ready before Akad Nikah. NO ONE on WO communicates with PIC from both family to coordinates ensure that all vendors. And also HIS it self didn’t even bother to share all the contacts of who are in charge at the wedding to PIC from both family, although we have shared all docs & phone numbers of respective PICs H-7 before the wedding. Fourth, all the free parking tickets were issued in the middle of the event! It should’ve been before the event or H-7 days before the event!! All the families were complaints that if it was very last minute it should’ve been before 7 am (before Akad Nikah) that the tickets were issued. Super super bad! There are more issues and bad experience that happened on and after the wedding that I cannot explain all in one review. But overall, i have very bad experience with HIS as WO because they don’t know how to act as Wedding Organizer. It was a shame. For soon to be bride & groom, please beware and think carefully choosing HIS K-Link for your wedding. To bad we chose wrong building and wrong WO for our wedding.
