We got to meet Germaine at the Sg Jewellery & Gem Fair when we were there scouting for a gemstone for our engagement ring. Germaine was very patient to introduce and recommend various gemstones in line with our preference. The journey that went into creating our bespoke engagement ring was filled with many email exchanges (between Judah & Germaine) and the final product was perfect for what we had in mind. Judah had in mind a wraparound concept for the ring which was pretty uncommon, but Heritage Gems managed to pull it off beautifully. We have received many compliments for the ring and the journey that went into the making of the ring made it all the more special for us. Thank you Germaine and team! (:

Highly professional is how I would describe Germaine of Heritage Gems. We were lucky to work with her on a styled shoot and during our first team meeting, she brought along a whole case of fine jewellery just to show us how we can pair it with our selected bridal gowns. I remembered everyone being bedazzled by the intricate designs of the jewellery collection, crowding around Germaine as she patiently introduced every single piece to the team. Being the overall stylist at the team, I had a rough idea of how I envisioned the Bride to look for the styled shoot. But I'm no expert in the field of jewellery, and this is where Germaine came in to explain and gave her professional opinions on how to enhance the look of our model Bride while still staying in sync with our overall vision.

I was introduced to Heritage Gems while working on a styled shoot. The jewelry designer Germaine had a good sense of fashion and style which can be seen from the way she advised on the type of jewelry that were suitable for the theme, setting, attire and even makeup. This value-added service is especially important because it allows the customers to make an informed decision when they are purchasing high-value precious stones for their big day. I also love the jewelry designs she selected for the shoot because designs are modern yet have a classic vibe. Hope to work with her again some day!

I first met Germaine from Heritage Gems during our styled shoot site recce few weeks ago. Although its a collaboration shoot, she treated us as her own clients by showing us a case full of jewellery of various colour and styles. When we were undecided, she even explained how each of the designs can complement the couple's outfit and the shoot theme. One of my favourite jewellery was the amazing irregularly shaped gold ring. You really got to see and touch it yourself to be amazed. I will happily recommend any of my couples who are looking for jewelleries to them. You could tell that Germaine is truly passionate of what she is doing by the amount of effort put in even in a non-profit shoot.
