As the nature of our business is providing a highly personalized service, the sooner you confirm your order with us, we would be able to offer more personalization options to you.
As a reminder, we require a minimum of 14-20 working days to process an order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Order delivery usually will take about 3-5 working days depending on your location.

We do offer samples and encourage you to order samples of your designs

50% after the confirmation of contract, 50% before the delivery

What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
Should your order does not reach our requested minimum quantity, there will be a 10% surcharge of your order. However, please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.
