Hampeneer is based in Jakarta Barat. We can shipped to other cities / countries depends on the fragility of the chosen package.
Do you provide delivery services?
We deliver all the package via JNE, Go-Send, Lalamove or by customer request
Do you ship worldwide?
We can help to deliver in Southeast Asia countries via international courier service. The shipping terms we used is Ex-Works which we don't settled the import terms, pick up, etc. We can only make sure the package will be carefully packed for internationa

We do offer samples for order above 30 pcs
What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
If you order less than minimum, we may charge based on the items / package you choose
Do you have a return policy?
Any discrepancies regarding the order should be informed to us within 3 days after good are received by customer. Refund will be proceed after agreement between vendor and customer.
What are your delivery times?
We will deliver the package once the package is completed or upon request. Usually for it took 4 days to complete bridesmaid/groomsmen gift and 2-3 weeks for wedding favours.

What payment systems are available for your business?
Credit card payment, PayPal, Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
We only accept full payment for total under 5 million rupiah.
For total payment above 5 million rupiah, we need 50% down payment and the rest will be H-1 before delivery date.
When was your business established?
Our business established from 2016 and started from Seasonal Gifts. Today we accept Corporate Gift, PR Package, Personal Gifting and of course Wedding Favours.
