a very nice scenery and great food.
We had a wedding reception on 19th November at Grandkemang. The reason why we picked them because they have outdoor scenery that work with what we had in mind for our party.
A good deal was made, they gave us extra spots outside from what we wanted which includes outdoor pool area, indoor area, and small ballroom that we used for Teh Pai and Tumpengan Ceremony. Plus they gave a package of room reservations plus good deals for extra reservations.
The food were amazing, we tested it a week before the party and were very satisfy. The guests told us at the party that the food tasted really good. That really made our day, because here in Indonesia the keys to successful wedding party are good venue, and great food.
Although it was a successful wedding reception, there are couple of things that can improve Grandkemang's service such as :
1. The banquet department has lots of mistakes communicating our needs, therefore we need to remind them from time to time and yet there were still mistakes to be made.
2. The front office staff were friendly and smiley, but very slow at doing work. Each guest were dealt at least 5 minutes, and the long queue were stacking just because they work less fast and there were less staff.
All in all, we were happy and I think we had a great time preparing and on our wedding party, so Thank you very much Grandkemang, you were a special part of our beautiful new life.
