bad experience, avoid for your own good

very shoddy workmanship. so disappointed with the poor quality. after sales service is bad. rude and unreasonable. better stay clear, dont ruin your happy moments by this vendor.

We specialize in a variety of crystal products ranging from personalized to corporate gifts. They range from trophies, plaques, keychains, figurines, photo frames, vases, paperweights and etc. We also provide a range of engraving services to personalize the gift of your choice.

How far in advance should your client contact you?

The most ideal time for the client to contact us would be 4-6 weeks in advance.

What makes your product and services unique?

We only specialize in high grade crystal and we are the only company in Singapore with the shortest production lead time as we have a factory, staff and machines in Singapore to match your time line. We are also an ISO certified company.

What rate do you usually charge at?

Our rate will depend on the quantity that you are getting from us.

What payment systems are available for your business?

Bank transfer, Credit card payment, Cheques, Cash

What is your payment terms?

50% upon confirmation of the order. 50% balance upon collection/delivery of goods.
