How long will the flower arrangements and or bouquest lasts?
Flowers typically last 3-5 days in our local heat and humidity. To prolong the life of your arrangement, make sure the water and vessel is clean and changed daily. Remove any fading petals, leaves or stems to prevent it from contaminating the water.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Speak with us anytime from 3 to 6 months in advance of your wedding.
Up to 12 months in advance is fine too, but note that our quotations are valid only for only one month. If your order is not yet confirmed with a deposit to secure your wedding date as well as the listed prices, we may implement reviewed prices in a new quotation.

What is your payment terms?
To confirm your order with us as your wedding florist, we will take a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due one month before your wedding.
When was your business established?
Our business was established in 2000. As we approach our second decade, we have experimented with many styles, and learnt from renowned designers from Belgium, Germany, Sweden, UK and the USA. Our cumulative experience in antique sales, fashion public relations, marketing, events and graphic design, evolved the sensibilities and breadth of Floral Magic’s work.
Ideally, when will your client receive the flowers?
Personal flowers such as bridal bouquet, boutonnieres etc, can be made available via
- pick up at our store between 5-7pm the evening before your wedding day
- delivery to your chosen address between 6-8pm the evening before your wedding day
- pick up at our store from 9am on your wedding day
- delivery to your specified address from 8am on your wedding day

More often than not, the same florist whom you spoke with about your wedding, is the same florist who will be involved in making the actual arrangements and executing the actual event with the backing of our team - so you can rest assured that your vision is fully translated.
