Engaging Amperian (Yanling) as our wedding planner was the best decision we made as a couple for our wedding preparations. The wedding day went very smoothly, exactly how I dreamed of, thanks to Yanling. Yanling and her team were very responsible and professional, and she gave very good advice and recommendations as she guided me through the entire process. She is also able to pre-empt problems and solve it before it happens. She would continually give us great ideas tailored to our needs and settled all the logistics for us, making my wedding preparation journey almost stress-free. In the months leading up to the wedding, she went above and beyond, accompanying me for the food tasting, gown selection, floral arrangement, vendor selection, photogallery and down to photoloops! We only had to choose the photos and Yanling did the rest processing it as per the hotel requirements, uploading it etc. We are very grateful as Yanling was there every step of the way both physically and 24/7 via WhatsApp to advise us or simply to allay anxiety. She is also very understanding and approachable as a person, which made the wedding prep journey even more enjoyable as We were able to enjoy the wedding day itself without worry or stress as Yanling and her team executed everything perfectly - from bringing each and every bridal item to the changing room and back, managing the guest list, coordinating with vendors, floral set up, groomsmen and bridesmaids clothes change timing, sorting out the many contingencies which popped up and etc. I was also able to successfully surprise my husband with a special performance because of Yanling's tactful planning; she carefully managed to keep it a secret from him despite him trying to get involved with all the planning. On the wedding day, her colleague Catherine also very diligently accompanied me throughout the entire day and would constantly check on my make up, hair and dress, always present to help me move around in my dress or just ready with a cup of water. At one point of the evening she was chasing my husband with a supply of tissues so he could wipe his sweat and look fresh for photos. The feedback from my guests and my family was unanimously positive. They were all very impressed with the entire programme and how we managed to pull of something so elaborate so smoothly. The entire set up, including all the decor and flowers was magical, which added to the experience. Many of my guests were still talking about the wedding many weeks later. I would highly, highly recommended Amperian (Yanling) to any couple who wants a perfect wedding.

When we first met Yan Ling, we were impressed by how professional and meticulous she was. At that time, we were quite clueless on the theme but we knew we would be in good hands and left it to her to plan. The end product was lovely - soft colors with elements of boho and dreamcatcher. The Amperian team is hardworking, professional and amazing. We have no regrets choosing Amperian and highly recommend their services!

I don't normally have good things to say about anyone or anything but I'm so impressed by how Amperian exceeded my extremely high expectations. I feel compelled to add on my two cents further to my husband's very short review. Looking back I have many wedding related regrets, one of them would be not engaging Amperian to be my event coordinator as well & the best decision made was of coz to engage Amperian as my deco stylist. I took the full deco package, much to my husband's dismay (he was absolutely fine using hotel's deco). In my first meeting with Amperian I met Yan Ling who then suggested a theme, taking inspiration from my wedding dress. She also “forced” me to decide on a colour theme and the next time we met was to discuss the proposal along with Yu Ling. Did I mention even their proposals was well thought through, it is clear that Amperian creative team has put in much thought despite the short time frame given. I was able to decide on the final look with 1-2 minor tweaking (which was actually extremely rare given someone fussy like me) ?? I must also add that the Amperian team was extremely professional. Yan ling did not hesitate in fabricating a new gold steel arch for my wedding (their existing arch was made of wood n therefore not able to project the gold colour that I wanted). Lastly when the final quotation has highly exceeded my budget, yan ling also tried her best to offer discount on certain things, e.g cocktail table floral arrangement which I was ready to opt out but Yan Ling offered it to me for free because she thought the table will look empty without it. I was really touched because I was not expecting any discount and Yan ling tried her best to work within my budget without sacrificing the overall look! Can I also rave about how much I love the table name cards Yu Ling done?? I requested for a last minute change on table naming instead of numbering and was SO impressed by the artwork. I love it so much I requested to keep them after the wedding ! Come the actual day, everything was so well done down to my floral bouquet. It had truly exceeded our expectation, including my husband who didn't care much for deco and clueless when it comes to florals actually actually said : “(in his exact words) wah the flowers fxxking nice lar!!” He was so impressed with my bridal bouquet & his matching boutonnière he actually requested to find out if Amperian accepts single floral bouquet orders.. I do not know how Yan Ling & her team do it, but they make us feel like a friend unlike a vendor-client relationship?? I really appreciated how I can be frank with Yan Ling and not needed to sugar-coat my words. Thank you Yan Ling, Yu Ling & Team for making my wedding a beautiful one :)

We hired Amperian team for wedding styling at shangrila rasa sentosa, the rocks. We liaised mainly with Yan Ling. She was very thorough, flexible and accomodating to all my requests. Although there were times where I had to chase for updates, but all timelines were met as agreed. (E.g printing of invitation cards) I am amazed at the results delivered. It was beyond our expectations! Additionally, I would like to highlight that the flowers they used for decor, hand bouquet, & hair accessories were very big & brilliant (very lasting as well). It was so good that I even asked Yan Ling to share with me her flowers vendor, so i can ask my husband to buy from them in future >.< I would totally recommend Amperian to all brides-to-be. They are affordable, reliable, flexible and most importantly able to fulfil all of our requests (super last minute ones too, which I am eternally grateful). We hired Amperian for our wedding deco last month. The great Gatsby Theme which Yanling and team delivered went above and beyond our expectations. Instead of delivering a cookie cutter deco, Yanling pushed us through the creative thinking process for a end result that was beautiful and personalised. I highly recommend Amperian to any couple.

Yanling and her team were professional, responsive and went out of their way to assist with our requests. Yanling was particularly obliing even of last minute requests such as the addition of “reserve” signs for our church wedding, printing of signages to direct our guests and “bride/groom” signs for our chairs for the signing of the marriage documents. Not to mention their eye for detail and aesthetics. We were happy with the set up and very well taken care of by Amperian - superb service (this made all the difference) and an all round excellent experience!
