We worked with Flipmax in countless of our clients' weddings and are absolutely happy to recommend them. Flipmax always managed to perfectly capture the beautiful moments, from preparation time to wedding procession and the fun of the reception. They're always professional and passionate about what they do, and most importantly, their exquisite photos and videos never failed to impress our clients. We found Flipmax videography thru bridestory vendors list and decided to contact them on Nov 2018. After receiving the quotation we told em that we wanted to pay thru bridestory pay as there was some promotion deal if we pay through the app. A week after our first payment, we got an email regarding a surcharge of 3.5% that bridestory deducted them for client that paid thru their app, and they wanted us to pay for it.Before we even proceeded with our payment,we have double checked with Aditya regarding the fee through bridestory pay. The agreement was an extra charge of IDR50,000. Thus, I believe the additional surcharge is a fee that comes with the perks of being a Bridestory partner, it shouldn't be charged to the client. Secondly, through all the vendors meetings, we didnt get the chance to meet with the videographer himself, even during the technical meeting which was a day before the actual event. Lastly, earlier this year we were told that they will send out the video in a flashdrive by early May, and we have told em several times, due to this pandemic all incoming mails are received in the security room and to avoid having it lost in transit, we would prefer to be given the tracking number once the package was sent. On 3 Aug, I got a text from flipmax and was told that the package WAS DELIVERED to the security room. To cut it short, after we paid IDR22,500,000, and the usb went missing and in order for them to resend it, we get an additional IDR500.000 bill! On top of the value we paid they still charge us for small expenses like this?! With due respect, we dont think that a CARTON box and a usb drive would cost us that much. You should compare to our other vendors that had given us.U totally outdid urself to keep over charging us.After the wedding,whenever I msg Aditya he wouldnt respond back as quickly before, its either few days after or until now NON! If we had knew they didnt give this much respect to us, we would have never in mind chose em as our vendor
