Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Yes
Minimum and maximum number of guests of a wedding you would coordinate
Minimum of 40 guests to up to 500 quests.
Do you speak other languages should there be any overseas couple who wants to use your services?
Bulgarian
Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
All across Bulgaria.
How far in advance should your client make a booking?
Not less than 6 months before the wedding.
Preferably a year in advance.
How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
The coordination of the day is 10 hours, however, this can be extended if it's required.

- My company I am a destination Bulgarian Wedding Planner based in the UK, so they can meet me in person.
- I offer a bespoke, customised service, so that is why I don’t have ready packages.
- After our discovery meeting, I handpick all of the services my lovely couples what to include on their wedding day. This gives them a choice to choose from pre-selected services.
- I work for my clients so my goal is to create the wedding of their dreams the way they want and most importantly, I look after their best interests.
- My team and I personally coordinate their wedding.

What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal
What is your payment terms?
We sign a contract which confirms our commitment and there are listed all our services included in the personalised wedding package.
Our payment are as followed:
- 30% with signing the contract and the remain 70% a month before the wedding.
As we produce the entire wedding style and decorations, all confirmed wedding design has to be paid as followed:
- 50% with confirmation of the decoration budget and 50% a month before the wedding.
All payment to the suppliers will be required a month before the wedding.
