Do you provide catalog or custom jewelry?
Dubai Rocks only sells custom, hand-made pieces. Customers can choose from a list of designs and customise from there, or we can take a completely new design and create a bespoke piece.
Do you provide certification (i.e GIA)?
Dubai Rocks only sells GIA-certified stones.
Do you provide after sales services?
We offer full customer support, from education on how to choose the correct diamond and setting, even if you don't buy, through to talking our customers through proposal ideas and more!

How far in advance should your client make an order?
One week to 10 days provides the best service, although we once designed and had a ring ready for pickup in three!

We are operated by a British and American team and offer Cartier and Tiffany quality jewelry at a fraction of the cost. Our diamonds are conflict-free and of the highest quality to provide a timeless piece. And best of all - they're tax-free!
