When was your business established?
D'Lanier is PT Wahana Interfood Nusantara Tbk subsidiary that first company we had to focusing on retails in early 2018. Now we had 4 Official store that growth as Chocolate Pearl Artisan in Indonesia, you can find our store in Bandung; Medan; and Bali. Our chocolate itself already wide spread as a premium chocolate brand in Singapore. Let's have a faith and proud with local product because we believe our qualities is can compete with your favorite Swiss or Belgian Chocolate brand!

Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
After deposit and contract agreement is finished. You can taste our 18 variant* maximum 4 person, with term and condition.
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
As there is a courier company that provide delivery to your address we can serve you right away :)
Do you provide tastings?
Yes, you can taste all variant that we have max. 4 person, you can add more people with surcharge IDR 50K /person (max. 6 people to add)
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal, Cash
Do you provide delivery services?
Only within the city (Bandung) is free. Shipping cost will provide by you if the destination is out of the reach
What makes your services unique?
We have 30 variant chocolate with pearl shape and different color, crunchy waffle that we name it with "Cruffles" and also have a belgian style iced chocolate drink that is one of our best seller on our store. Made from premium material and local cocoa origin.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
3 month in advance would be great, but if they must. The client at least contact us 1 month in advance
What is your payment terms?
20% after the confirmation of the contract/order, 30% 1 month before the event, 50% 1 week before D-Day
