we always prepare a replacement with prior notice to the client.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Always do, because files are their own.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
it is only once for their lifetime.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
Sometimes I direct them personally, to make it perfect in prints and albums.
And in other time we work together with make up artist or coreographer or MC or the event director.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge by event, hourly, or daily.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending on the requirements of clients. at least 2 days after the last photosessions.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Clients usually get their final product 4-6 weeks after the last session.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
the most ideal time to contact us is 6-10 months before the date.
at least a month before if our team are still available for the date.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our clients provides meal.
but our team could take care their own meals as long as it was informed before the day.

I do not direct my client during the Day.
I just let them follow through the procession, and I will follow you along the way.
Directed pose for video/photograph will take in a predetermined time or after procession, if still available.
