Diurna Story review for my engagement event
Awalnya galau mau pake fotografer atau engga, soalnya cuma lamaran aja. Setelah mikir2 akhirnya kita berdua memutuskan untuk pake fotografer dan cari yang cocok. Direkomendasiin sama temen untuk liat Diurna Story dan langsung suka sama style nya.
Akhirnya janjian sama Mas Ali @alurusan dari Diurna Story untuk jadi fotografer di acara engagement nya (waktu itu belum kenal). Pas hari H ketemu sama Mas Ali feeling so good aja dari awal hehe langsung cocok, soalnya Mas Ali enak diajak ngobrol dan inisiatif buat ngarahin kita gitu jadi gak pusing2 lagi.
Cuma nunggu 2 hari lgsg dapet foto edited dan hasilnya sukaaaa.

Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Yes
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
Client must provide our accommodation from Bandung, except for prewedding travel package
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
If we aren't available for your date, the deal won't happened
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Client must provide the harddisk
Are you available to shoot after hours?
with overtime charges
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We're going with the flow from event itself, when there's a chance for a beauty shot, we'll take it with directed shot for the best picture for the couple
And the directed style usually different for each couple, sometime with a lot of laugh, sometime with fierce look, a lot of hug and kisses, or do the weird things
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge hourly or per event, depending the package picked by the bride
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending the requirements of the couple, they usually ready 3-7 days after the wedding day
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
They usually ready 6-9 weeks after the wedding day
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for a client to us would be 6-12 months prior to wedding day
What makes your services unique?
Our photographers are able to understand and direct couples for perfect candid pictures. Our photographers are always friendly, warm, and, comforting. They know how to make you feel comfortable and allow you to become yourself on your big day
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client provides meal but our photographers could take care of their own meals as long as it was informed before D-day

10% after confirmation of contract, 30% before the event, 30% after the preview, and 30% upon the final delivery

We do not direct my client during the D-day. Often I just let them follow through the procession and We will follow them along the way. When the time is available, we will direct the couple for beauty shot and story, most of them are couple laughing, smiling, running, walking, and do some weird things for funny

We charged hourly, per event depending the package picked by the bride
