We specialise in botanical-inspired French patisserie. We are enthusiastic about letting natural products shine, in both its beauty and flavours, and are inspired heavily by flowers, herbs, and fresh ingredients.
Our sweets are therefore light, gently flavoured and understatedly beautiful.
We’re excited to unveil our range of miniature dessert canapés, which we have playfully named “Dewdrops”. These petite treats are perfect for any occasion, be it a casual brunch, an intimate cocktail party or a fabulous wedding.
When was your business established?
Dew was established in 2017, as a sister patisserie to our first bakery, Jaslyn Cakes, which we opened in 2014. They are both able, and they shine in their own rights, but they also complement each other.

Vegetarian, Gluten free, No pork
