We make sure that yours is taken with our heart.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
after the photoshoot we will give all the digital files to you, right through your smartphones. so you can choose which one that suite you best.
Are you available to shoot after hours?

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We working as a family, if you hire us, you will be the part of CNCO family. Play some your favourite music, having laugh with us, talks about your very first day met, so you can having a cute, pure laugh, and joy, and bring it right to your precious day.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge by the price at the package, and then additional hours will be apllied (if any).
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
1 - 2 days after the photoshoot. I know you guys are really excited to see one :)
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
1 - 2 weeks after photo session. fast. fast. fast.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
If you contact us, and we see available dates ahead, We're gonna shoot you right at the moment. But of course, min. 2 months before will be best

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Yes, we would love to share the table with us. Sharing you story over a lunch would be so great.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
30% on booking, 70% upon final delivery.

Our business start at 2016 and we still continue on and on to make the brightest smile and the sparkling eyes :)
