i. 30% advance payment plus VAT non-refundable to be paid upon signature of contract
ii. first down payment of 40% to be paid for approval Attachment A PREVIOUS
iii. second down payment of 20% Euro plus VAT to be paid upon approval Attachment B DEFINITIVE
iv. 10% balance equal to Euro plus VAT 30 days before the event
