Huge disappointment
Awal nyari vendor ini karena muncul di IG ads. Tertarik karena konsep nya oke dan harganya lagi ada diskon. Tertulis bahwa free studio juga 4hr. Sebelum hari H, lancar tektokan dan udah make sure jg studio nya dmn, hari apa dan jam brp. Si el pun sudah ok. Tau2 H-1 dikabarin sm adiknya bahwa si el (photographer) sakit jd harus diganti sm photographer lain which gpp bgt. Tapi yg lucu nya studio nya kacau belum di book. Gila. Sampai besoknya nyampe studio, confirmed bahwa studio blm di book. Katanya harusnya client yang book. Padahal sebelumnya tidak pernah ada omongan kalau saya yg harus book. Kacau deh hari prewed saya. Konsep aja ga dibikin2. Ga ada moodboard. Ga ada stylist. Hasil foto jauh dari ekspektasi. Sampai skr foto cetak ga ada itikad baik untuk dikirim padahal itu tertulis di invoice. Kecewa banget. Hasil foto ga ada yang saya pakai satupun karena sekecewa itu. Clearly not recommend this vendor. Owner nya menyalahkan client perihal studio dan yang hari itu saya udah makeup segala macem, dia minta untuk pindah hari. Sinting.
Saya ga masalah dia mau sakit asal diganti photographer yang oke. Ini masalah studio aja ga jelas, minta diganti hari pula. Hasil foto yg superrrr ga jelas karena ga ada tema, ga ada konsep dan moodboard. Mood berantakan. Thanks bgt buat 3jt yang sia2.
