What is your payment terms?
The requested shooting date can only be secured with a down payment 50% of the projected invoice. The balance of payment should be settled at least 1 week before the wedding day.

For maximum quality, the video editing process need approximately 10 till 30 working days

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client provides meal but our videographers could take care of their own meals.
