Pelayanan mba Ayu dari awal memuaskan sekali. Sangat responsif dan sangat terbuka untuk negotiable. Sempat ada misscomm tapi dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Kita memilih makanan dengan jenis take away food dengan menu salmon en croute dan beef wellington. Semua tamu bilang super enak sekali. Sebagai saran, untuk menu dessertnya mungkin bisa dibagian tutup boxnya dibolong bolongin sehingga tidak cepat basi soalnya sayang sekali pie dan puddingnya banyak yg basi. Tapi aku ngertiin banget karena menu dessert yang aku pilih mudah basi. Thanks a lot Bali Indah untuk pelayanan dan makanan yang diberikan.

We decided to pick the Bali Indah Catering because of my sister. She picked the catering on her wedding and it was great. My mom trusted them. The communication between me and the PIC was well and she was all helpful and friendly. On technical meeting, 10 days prior to my wedding date, we discussed about doing boxes due to covid19 protocol, and we requested them to make coupons for guests and we agreed that they would provide the coupons but on the date, my family did not receive the coupons and the bali indah staffs told my sister that i was the one whos gonna provide the coupons. Then, we received several complains from the guests that the food was not good and we are disappointed with the quality of the food. I think bali indah should improve their service so that this wont happen again.

I think this is one of catering vendor who doesn't need any review, because you will know once you try/use this catering. Our Marketing, Ayu was really helpful, and give us so many bonuses. Their food? No one has ever complaint anything about Bali Indah, even the pickiest say that their food was really really good. "This is what a treat should be" was the most common thing guest said. Their service? all people in their team knew what was going on and what should they do, food?never empty, drinks? always available, even the way they arrange the stall and queue was really really professional and good. No deadlock has ever happen during our wedding. Bali Indah is not all about delicious food, they provide a whole package along with their services and professionalism,

My mother was very particular about food and also worried on whether the food will be enoughfor all the guests. For her, number one thing about wedding is that food must be enough for the guests or they will only remember of how they didnt get a chance to eat after coming to your wedding. I meet bu Tuty in balai samudra wedding fair and got hooked because of hawaiian dessert bonus (yes it is an instant love at the first sight). Bu Tuty is very patient eventhough H-1month i changed the menu and also changing the portion at H-2 weeks. In the end, the guests were very satisfied and said that they feel their tummy were well fed. A satisfactory success for Bali Indah in my wedding day. Thank you again bu Tuty!

Wedding Date: 19 Sep 2015 Venue: Plaza Bapindo, Assembly Hall Lt 10 Pilihan makanannya banyak dan mostly delicious. Favorit saya choc molten dan, of course, nasi bali. Test food experience was great. Bisa menyesuaikan dengan decor saya padahal pilihan warna saya cenderung bukan warna umum tp karena pilihan warna taplaknya buaaaanyaaak plus taste yg milih bunga bagus jadinya bisa masuk ke tema decor keseluruhan. Sejak DP sampai dengan hari-H semua staff dan owner sangat responsible dan always contactable. Thank you Thank you Thank you Can't thank you enough
