Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Better 2 weeks before event, or if spontaneous we can do video call/conference call
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
Of course, all price will be the same as we agree, but exclude crew accommodation (transportation, hotel, and other expenses)
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
Yes, we own the gear and partnership with studio, we have certain of technic in photography, we have more than 10 years experience
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes, there will be crew replacement
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, that's part of our package
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes, but there will be extra charge, but we can talk about it
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I used to be guiding the couple with my team. My crew will help the couple to pose, like take their gown, dress, or simply holding photo property, set up the background and else.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We have various of services starts from Rp4,000,000. It applied on hours, event, day and package. We do charge extra time, services and expenses.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Drafting takes 2-3 days for photo and 5 days for video.
After drafting it will take more than a week to print into booklet or printed frame photo.
There's client acceptance test for photo and video before we give the flashdrive.
For Social Media Photo, we can push into 8 Hours or 1 day after the event.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
The whole process takes about 2-3 weeks
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The ideal time is 2-1,5 month. Why it takes 2-1,5 month? because we have to maintain our quality. So we are open for discussion and brainstorming with client.
What makes your services unique?
We focus on what we call "the beauty of the shot" so we will be very detail on every aspect. It's been our job to create a moment feel last forever.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
It depends on client, we just need a lunch break and praying break. But client does not have to provide meal for us.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
first Payment is 35% down payment after we sign the contract (3 Calendar days after sign, if not contract will be void)
Second payment is full payment after Client Acceptance (3 Calendar days after sign)
