We believe that a photo session is all about creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for the couple. Before the session begins, we take the time to discuss with the couple to understand their personalities, love story, and the style they envision.
During the shoot, we provide simple and natural directions to help them feel at ease. For instance, we might ask them to walk together, talk to each other, or laugh about a shared funny memory. This approach helps capture spontaneous moments that feel authentic in the photos.
We also offer suggestions for poses that highlight their dynamics as a couple while ensuring their expressions remain natural. Our priority is to capture their genuine emotions, resulting in meaningful and beautiful photos they can cherish forever.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
We understand how important your special moments are, so we always strive to deliver results as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
We provide a preview of selected photos within 3–7 days after the event, allowing you to relive those beautiful moments right away. For the complete collection, fully edited, the turnaround time is usually around 4–6 weeks, depending on the volume of photos and any specific client requirements.

How far in advance should your client contact you?
We recommend that clients reach out to us at least 1–2 months before the event. This allows us to fully understand your needs, plan the concept, and ensure everything is well-prepared.
However, we can also accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule availability. To secure your date, the earlier you contact us, the better.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We arrange our team's break times efficiently to ensure the event runs smoothly. If the event is long, we appreciate it if clients can provide time and space for meals. We're happy to discuss and adjust this according to the event's needs.

What is your payment terms?
To secure the date, we require a 30% deposit (DP) of the total service fee, which is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before the event. If the payment is not received by the day before, we will not document the event.
If there’s a change of date, we can discuss it up to 14 days before the event. However, if the client cancels, the deposit (DP) will be forfeited.
