What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge usually per 8 hours a day, outside that mark, we will ask for an additional charge. We named Bandung as our hometown, so any order outside Bandung will be considered as out of town duty so we will ask for additional charge
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
During wedding event, we do not direct it, but we will give suggestions needed during the technical meeting.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
1,5 to 2 months

What makes your services unique?
We prefer to cover all the event naturally without asking to many specifics gesture from the bride & groom, if any suggestions we think will be necessary for the successful guaranteed event, will be submitted before the main event so all the big family including bride & groom will enjoy it
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We require a meal break during lunch or dinner, but will not requested for any meal ti be provided by clients

What is your payment terms?
10 % in advance, 75 % a week before the main event and the clients will be asked to discharge the 100 % payment after we deliver all of our obligations
