We can correspond via email first.
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
We are currently based in Indonesia but are of course willing to fly all over the world just to fulfill your artistic desires.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
No
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
We have a circle of documentary photographers that are capable and willing to substitute one of us when needed.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We will attach all digital files into a CD.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We do not direct couples to pose a certain look, but we will ask them to be happy. It will then become easier for us to document the beauty in every moment, as it is.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge on a daily basis with prices vary depending on the package chosen.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Proof is usually ready 1-2 weeks after the photo shoot (depending on the clients) for review. Final products will be given to the client 2 weeks after review.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
2 weeks after proof review.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
2-3 months for pre weddings, one day documentation photo service and 6 months for weddings.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We would love to have clients provide meals during work time. We usually take turns for meal break during work so that documentation continues.
What is your payment terms?
50% Down Payment 1-week before the day, 50% payment upon final delivery.
