We hired FloraBotanica with high hopes, but our experience fell short. Although the setup was timely, there was a lack of attention to detail and lack of communication. The seating chart did not follow suit the list of guests details provided, there were misspellings and even worse, the names of some guests were omitted. Last minute amendments had to be made which even then, the team did not receive the feedback well and the end product was not professional, causing unnecessary stress on our big day. Unfortunately, some of the flowers were not fresh or it may have been due to the weather in Bali as they did not last long despite the wedding starting at 3pm. Nonetheless, we are thankful that FloraBotanica had prepared spare bride bouquets which we ended up having to change twice in total. However, we were disappointed that our family's boutonnieres did not even manage to last till the wedding ceremony and our spare bride bouquets had flowers which were black-ish white. Overall, communication could've been better; it took multiple attempts to get responses to our queries. For the price we paid, we expected a more professional and seamless service.

Nathania was lovely to work with. She helped bring to life concepts and general ideas that we had. Given our wedding venue was already beautiful and we were in Bali, it was important to me that whatever we did in the way of decorations enhanced the existing beauty + used mostly local (aka, tropical) florals and other decorative elements. Nathania really went above and beyond and created spectacular decorations, including penjors + dragons. She was also wonderful and easy to work with in spite of the distance and time zones!

The best decor vendor we ever had. Really loved how ci Thania put together my request into something that truly incredible. Its BEYOND amazing how they come up with the design idea and magically turn it into reality💕 We really grateful to be apart one of their creation. Loved every single details they put in the decor. Everything comes together so beautifully. They make our wedding extra special with unique decor idea that only made for us💕 So so happy & satisfied with all your works. Tania and Flora Botanica Designs were amazing with their service. Tania has a clear picture of her mind and her illustrations matched the design in real life. She and her team helped us have the most beautiful and magical day and night. Our guests were wowed by the set up and ambience throughout the day. We can't thank her enough.
