“I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the Ages of this world alone.” For the love of Lord of The Rings, Rosalind & Adji came up with idea of adding the quote from the movie to their invitation. And to make it even more personalized, the quote was written in Elvish. Since both of them love wine, Rosalind & Adji’s decided to have their wedding in beautiful Stones of the Yarra Valley, Melbourne, Australia. Surrounded by century-old oak trees, vineyards and blue-tinged mountains beyond, sage and grey colors complement each other & create subtle touch of nature to the set. The beauty in simplicity, they said. Since the beginning, letterpress invitation has always been their favorite. We decided to hand-drawn flower & leaf illustration in green color and the rests are in grey. As the result, two-color letterpress was a feast for the eyes. As a hope for a strong marriage, we also added the vertical line to represents stability and strength. Last but not least, the process of creating this set was challenging as well as fun, as we didn’t meet the Rosalind & Adji and communicated only through chats & emails. If it wasn’t for Rosalind & Adji’s patience and humbleness, we would never have a smooth & wonderful invitation journey. | All photos were beautifully captured by @jejakkurcaci
