Happy banget dapat kesempatan perform di venue aethetic satu ini. Venuenya unik banyak spot foto cantik untuk beauuty shoot pengantin. Ditambah didampingin GC wedding organizer yang super ramah dan helpfull, bikin acara berjalan lancar dan seru banget. Yang lagi persiapkan pernikahan cuss langsung book venue cantik satu ini!!

Gak sengaja nemuin venue ini lewat apps bride story. Awalnya galau banget utk ngelanjutin. Setelah deal & test food (catering udh termasuk dengan venue) ternyata makanannya enaaaaakkk!! Bu Lily & Mba Ari sangat sangat membantu dari awal sampai akhir. Apapun yg groom & bride mau diusahakan sama meraka utk dibantu. Super helpful luar biar biasa. Terima kasih Bu Lily & Mba Ari! Dan ketika hari H banyak tamu yg bilang makanannya enak, puas, dan pada bawa pulang eclair & red velvet cakenya (fyi utk buah potong & slice cake nya di taro di tempat makan super aman disaat pandemic) karena pada ngefans bilang enak banget! Ahhh pokoknya disini udh paling besssstttt. Recommended deh 🌸💝💝💝💝

I fell in love with the venue since the very start, karena lokasinya strategis, warm, cozy, dan cocok dengan intimate wedding seperti yang kami mau. \n\nKami banyak dibantu dari Ci Sherly, Bu Lily beserta tim yang asik diajak diskusi & super helpful. Paket yg ditawarkan juga best deal banget, lengkap & harganya reasonable, di-support dengan list vendor rekanan yang berkualitas. \nBuat kami, bener-bener pilihan tepat menjadikan UGH sebagai venue sangjit & wedding kami sekaligus. \nBukan mudah dalam proses persiapan pernikahan di masa pandemi, tapi karena kami diyakinkan utk memastikan terlaksananya protokol kesehatan yang sesuai standard, kami pun cukup optimis. \n\nAjang test food is our fav, karena jadi sarana diskusi bareng dan kami bisa cobain berbagai menu sebelum akhirnya memutuskan menu mana yang akan jadi hidangan. Ngga semua venue begini, kami jadi bisa punya banyak pertimbangan & perbandingan sampai akhirnya berani nyobain menu2 yang ngga biasa. \nThanks for letting our family in too, we're glad that they could be involved in this. ❤\n\nVenue oke, makanan oke, protokol kesehatan terjaga. UGH is located at Alam Sutera Town, which in my opinion is very strategic (has toll access from and to Jakarta, Tangerang and not far from JORR). Spacious parking area and free from traffic jam, so it is very comfortable for guests.\n\nThe interior is all brick and has some chandeliers, makes this place feels warm. That's our first impression. We fell in love with this place at the first sight.\n\nOur wedding guests was about 400 pax.\nVIP table for 48 person, and 9 meters stage, 7 foodstalls + 2 buffet + 1 sweet corner.\nThe situation was very comfortable, guests can enjoy the party - not overcrowded. Groom, bride and parents could mingle easily. \nAs the interior is already has decorative effect, we didn't need much effort (and cost, of course) to decorate this place.\nThough we took the package with WO, the marketing officer (mbak Ari) was very helpful all the time. She invited us to visit UGH during wedding party, not to join the party but to get the feeling, to get inspirations for decor, etc.\n\nOverall, we was super happy and love our wedding party so much. \nEven after the party, we got some positive feedbacks from guests, about unique decorations, and about how they really enjoy the party.\nIf you want a simple, lovely but unique and warm wedding party, you really should consider this venue.

We fell in love at this place from the first time we saw its pictures. Like no other, United Grand Hall offers a very unique experience for us and our guests, strong rustic ambience - earthy and natural touch can be simply found since the first time we stepped in to the site. Thank you for Mbak Ari, Tante Lily and all UGH team who were always so helpful and supportive. Great private area for teapai/ceremony/balloon release located just 1 level down from the main hall - so comfy! Suitable to carry up to 700 guest for a standing party. UGH is a highly recommended wedding / event venue esp. for Serpong/Tangerang area. All the best for UGH Team, hope you can host more beautiful events in the future! With Love, Feli and Jon

When it comes to finding the perfect venue, there are a lot of things that we want to consider. The moment we saw the inside building, we fell in love. It wasn't like others. The ambience, and rustic feeling is perfect for us. And our families love it too. That's why we chose this place as our wedding venue. Thanks for the service! B&A
