6 months in advance would be great, but if they must, the latest they can contact us is 1-month before D-day

Do you offer consultations?
Our decoration package is all fully-customized, so consultation is the first step to build the dream decoration.
What is your payment terms?
We require a non-refundable 20% deposit to book and lock the date. The remaining amount can be paid in customized terms that suit each client. the standard terms would be 50% for the second payment, and 30% for the final payment (paid at the latest 2 weeks prior to event date).
When was your business established?
Established in 2020. But our founder has been in the wedding decoration business for at least 4 years.
